1. Contestant is a team. A team consist of two persons
2. A team can be delegation of:

a. Regional Association (Kekeluargaan)
b. Affiliated Organization (Organisasi Afiliatif)
c. ‘Almamater’
d. Personal
3. Filling the registration form
4. 2 pieces of picture 4X6 each person
5. completing the registration fee 10 EGP
6. Attending the Technical Meeting in November 4, 2009.
